And If You Really Want to Support Infinite Ink...

You can support Infinite Ink with your purchase of any book, not just the ones I give links to. To do this you need to:
  1. Browse until you find a book you'd like to buy. Before you add the book to your shopping cart load the book's page with a URL that includes the text iiA/. This will tell to credit Infinite Ink for your purchase.

  2. If the book's URL is:
    Replace the CookieID with iiA/ so the URL looks becomes:

  3. Load this new URL. (With most browsers you can just press the ENTER key after editing the URL displayed in the browser's Address/Location/Netsite text box.) When you load the new URL, the cookie ID will automatically be appended to the end of the URL.

  4. Now add the book to your shopping cart.
